The fee
The fee for registration will be determined every season. The fee for 2010 will be $50/registration. The fee will go towards all costs of running the league including equipment purchase, team shirts and socks, field rentals and insurance, etc... Any unused money may be carried forward into the next season or spent on an end of season social. This will be left up to the discretion of the collective.

Registration Form
Please download the registration form and general release form and return with a cheque for a fee of $50. We are still accepting registrations for this season!

Late registration
We will still be accepting registrations on the day of May 15 and 22. We will have registration forms available. Please bring all your equipment and the $50 fee and register between 9 and 9:30AM. Warm up will be between 9:30AM and 10:00AM. The skills training will start right at 10:00AM.

Refunds
Fees will be refunded only if a request has been made in writing and only up until one week before the start of the season. Refunds (either in full or partial) will not be processed after May 8, 2010.

Transportation
Since we have women travelling from all over, such as Guelph, Cambridge, Waterloo, and even Mississauga, we may be able to help arrange carpooling if necessary. Please specify in your application if you need assistance finding transportation.
