The fee
The fee for registration is determined every season. The fee for 2011 is $50/registration. The fee will go towards all costs of running the league including equipment purchase, team shirts and socks, field rentals and insurance, etc... Any unused money may be carried forward into the next season or spent on an end of season social. This will be left up to the discretion of the collective.

Registration Form
Please download and print the registration form 2011 and the general release form. Return both with a cheque of $50 to the address printed on the form.

Late registration
We will still be accepting registrations on the the first two Fridays of the season. We will have registration forms available. Please bring all your equipment and the fee and register between 6 and 6:30PM. Warm up will be between 6:30PM and 7:00PM. The skills training will start right at 7:00PM.

Refunds
Fees will be refunded only if a request has been made in writing and only up until one week before the start of the season, May 6th. Refunds (either in full or partial) will not be processed after May 6th, 2011.

Transportation
Since we have women travelling from all over, such as Guelph, Cambridge, Waterloo, and even Mississauga, we may be able to help arrange carpooling if necessary. Please specify in your application if you need assistance finding transportation.
